Fire Investigations

Arson remains the second leading cause of fire and the leading cause of property damage. When individuals start a fire on purpose for revenge or profit we all pay. Seldom do these people think of the emergency responders who may enter a burning structure.

Our fire department is one of only a few that operates its own arson investigation team and has been extremely successful in prosecuting arsonists to prevent them from starting another fire. If you suspect someone is responsible for an arson fire there is a reward program offered by the State.
